Elizabeth was still asleep.

Sai walked into the kitchen. "Alice, come here."

Kitty smiled at both of them and kept dusting, picking up Elizabeth's chair and sweeping underneath it.

"No, it's okay. Here." Sai dug out a huge half gallon drum of ice cream. "Just for you."

Elizabeth was woken up when she sensed that she was in the air. "Umm..."

Alice took the tub of ice cream and absorbed it in a couple seconds, still looking down at the floor. "S-s-sorry...m-master." She said, licking Sai's hand and frowning. She slowly walked out of the kitchen, laying down on the couch in the living room and crying softly.

Kitty was still humming and sweeping under the chair, completely oblivious to Elizabeth's waking.

"Alice..." Sai ran after Alice and held onto her from behind. "No, there's no need to be sorry..."

Elizabeth was clinging onto the chair. "Put me down, please..."

Alice jumped when Sai touched her and cowered again. "No, master!" She yelled, shielding her face with her arm and hiding under a blanket.

"....What?" Kitty asked, looking around the room. She shrugged and sat the chair back down a few seconds later, then continued sweeping the floor and humming.

Sai grabbed Alice's arm. "Tell me why you're so afraid of me."

Elizabeth curled up in the chair after it was lowered. "Don't do that while I'm on the chair! I'm afraid of heights."

Kitty was too busy picking up the bed with Saya on it and sweeping under it to hear Elizabeth.

"NO HIT, MASTER!"Alice screamed, then started crying, when Sai grabbed her. She melted into puddle and went under the couch, shaking.

Elizabeth stormed out of the room and slept in her room instead, shrinking back into her 5 year old form and holding onto Clarice.

Kitty finished cleaning under the bed and set it back down gently and soundlessly, then put her duster and broom away and went into the living room, laying down on the couch.

Alice slowly came out from under the couch, shivering and clutching Sai's legs. "No hit master, no hit me!" She cried, rubbing her head against Sai's legs and licking them.

Kitty was facing the complete other direction, half asleep on the couch and oblivious to what Sai and Alice were doing.

Athene tapped Kitty with a tentacle.

Kitty sat up and looked at Athene, smiling. "Yes? What do you want?" She asked pleasantly.

Kitty walked out of the kitchen, with a wet rag on her head and sat down in a chair, staring at the fireplace. Alice giggled and rubbed her head against Sai's chest, catching Kitty's eye.

"Aww, Alice is so cute lying down near the fireplace." She said and dug out more cake. She slithered back into the living room and put a plate with cake on it in front of Alice.

Alice quickly absorbed the cake, wagging her tail and licking at Sai's hands. "Thank you, master." She said happily, smiling and taking the plate back into the kitchen, washing it clean.

Kitty watched Sai carefully from under the blanket, shaking a little.

"You're welcome, Alice." She petted her as she walked by. Sai curled up in front of the chair. "Ahh..."

Kitty backed as far as she could into the chair, visibly shaking and sweating now.

Sai turned around. "Hmm? Who are you?"

Kitty yelped and jumped out of the chair, diving onto the couch and staring at Sai, shaking, her eyes darting around the room.

Sai reached her hand out towards Kitty. "I won't hurt you."

"No!" Kitty yelled, grabbing a blanket and wrapping herself up in it.

Sai frowned. "Please... I'm not like other nagas. Don't be afraid of me."

Kitty was still shivering, too scared to say anything as she watched Sai get closer.

Sai heard what Kitty said and held her arms out. "Please..."

Sai didn't notice that she was naked. "Hmm, could have sworn I had something on... do you want to...?"

Kitty shook even more, her teeth chattering a little and she got further back against the couch. Her head was still shaking a little, easily mistakable for nodding.

Sai morphed back into her human form. "Here." She was still naked.

Kitty was still shaking and reached out to slowly poke Sai's legs.

Alice knocked on Ichiko's door again, tilting her head. "Hello..." She said, frowning a little.
